Zach Braff Says Returning Ken Jenkins Is A Big Ask

During a joint video interview with 'Scrubs' stars Zach Braff, Sarah Chalke, and Donald Faison regarding the show's revival, Braff addressed rumors about actor Ken Jenkins returning as Dr. Kelso for Season 2. Although original creator Bill Lawrence previously confirmed that Kelso would return next year, Braff provided a more cautious update in April. He acknowledged fan desire but emphasized respect for Jenkins' age at 86 following his retirement from the nine-season run. While full cast member Ken Jenkins may not be joining the team currently, several other OGs are returning as guest stars including John C. McGinley and Judy Reyes.
