"The Challenge" Season 42 stars Nelson Thomas and Leo Dionicio revealed a racial incident led to their disqualification alongside co-star Josh Goldstein. Host TJ Lavin announced all three players broke the code of conduct without further explanation during Wednesday's episode, citing reports that Dionicio used an N-word in a game with Thomas while Goldstein repeated it. Following this conflict, Thomas admitted he damaged kitchen property and apologized on social media for violating rules. Although Dionicio stated he did not hold hate after people mess up, he expressed anger over what he called Josh Goldstein's "super ignorant" comment which triggered the incident.
