Wendy's Launches Emo EP Titled "Songs to Listen to in a Wendy's Parking Lot"

Fast-food chain Wendy's has released a six-song emo EP titled "Songs to Listen to in a Wendy’s Parking Lot." The EP features notable singers from bands including Silverstein, blessthefall, Memphis May Fire, State Champs, Holy Wars, Anberlin, and Winona Fighter. Produced by Matt Squire and released in partnership with Rise Records, the songs blend Wendy's menu items with emo culture, featuring titles like "The Best Combo Meal on the Worst Night of My Life." This release follows Wendy's past engagement with the emo/metal scene, including their "National Roast Day" events and a recent emo-style logo change, aiming to soundtrack emotional moments in their parking lots.
