238 Children Finish Warren County Park Challenge

The Warren County Park District announced that 238 children successfully completed its summer '100 Hours Outside Challenge,' which required participants to spend at least 100 hours outdoors and finish two district activities. Families who submitted their challenge sheets before the Labor Day deadline received prize packages assembled by local donors, including Blooms & Berries Farm Market, Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken, Texas Roadhouse of Mason, and Mercy Health Kings Mills. Those unable to find emails about their prizes are advised to check spam folders. Additionally, several children won grand prizes from a drawing held during the Warren County Board of Park Commissioners meeting; winners included six-year-old Henry McG, who received four Dayton Dragons tickets and hats; seven-year-old Noah M, awarded two Get Out Ohio passes; and 11-year-old Trinton H, granted a kayak trip for four by Loveland Paddlesports.
