Alaska-Canada Border Earthquake and Seismic Activity Summary
A series of significant earthquakes have recently impacted the Alaska-Yukon border region, including a magnitude 7.0 earthquake near Yakutat, Alaska, on December 6. Meanwhile, in Whitehorse, Yukon, the earthquake registered as a 5.3 magnitude and was felt across the city, but also caused no reported injuries or damage.
