Sturridge Endorses Nyoni Start Over Bold Iraola XI Choice

Former striker Daniel Sturridge supports Andoni Iraola's decision to start teenager Trey Nyoni against Arsenal, despite the bold selection. The Reds aim for a statement victory at Anfield that could place them within three points of the top two and enter title contention. While Ryan Gravenberch is considered by many as superior in form, Sturridge believes Nyoni has earned his first Premier League start due to his comfort with possession, bravery in dropping deep, and ability to make interceptions this season.
