He is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 135 pounds, with black, long shaggy hair and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and grey sweatpants. Authorities consider him a vulnerable adult, and anyone with information is urged to contact the Red River Regional Dispatch Center at 701-451-7660.
