JetBlue has introduced a new Boston-inspired aircraft, named 'Wicked Blue,' to celebrate over 20 years of service in the city. The Airbus A320-232 features a vibrant blue design with 'Boston' prominently displayed, incorporating colorful landmarks of the city within the lettering. The tail of the plane displays a postal code with 'Boston' and 'Love' written on it. The unveiling ceremony is scheduled for December 19, 2025, at Logan Airport. JetBlue has been Boston's leading leisure airline, offering the most flights and seats from Logan Airport, with plans to expand service including new routes to Barcelona and Milan in 2026. The airline also plans to open a BlueHouse lounge at Logan in 2026, providing a local, welcoming space for travelers. The 'Wicked Blue' aircraft joins other special liveries honoring JetBlue’s sponsorships and partnerships with Boston sports teams and local brands, reinforcing its deep roots and commitment to the city.
