Bateman Upgraded to Full Participant Ahead of Week 5 Game

Rashod Bateman has been upgraded to a full participant status following his shoulder injury. The wide receiver practiced in full capacity on Thursday and is expected to play against the Atlanta Falcons this Sunday night.

Fantasy implications remain uncertain due to potential quarterback issues, as Lamar Jackson may be sidelined with an ankle injury if Tyler Huntley takes over. While Bateman holds a 14.7% target share and faces a secondary that allows high air yards per game, his fantasy outlook depends heavily on who throws the ball in Atlanta.

Bateman is projected to start but does not currently project as a strong fantasy option given these variables.
