McGraw Lists Beverly Hills Mansion for $67.5M

TV host Dr. Phil McGraw and his wife are listing their longtime Beverly Hills estate for $67.5 million, more than double the original purchase price of roughly $29.8 million paid in 2010. The Mediterranean Revival-style compound spans over 16,000 square feet on a 2.76-acre plot and includes eight bedrooms, multiple fireplaces, an elaborate wine cellar designed to resemble a medieval castle, and separate accommodations for staff and guests. Designed by architect Kevin Clark after seven years of construction, the property was sold through Carolwood Estates with hopes of securing a significant return on their investment sixteen years later.
