Blizzard Unveils Overwatch Season 5 Patch Notes With Major Hero Tweaks
Overwatch Mid-Season 5 patch notes have been released with significant adjustments to various heroes. Reaper's base health has increased due to reduced projectile sizes, while Illari now deals slightly more healing and her primary fire charge is smaller. Other notable changes include Ana's biotic grenade being less potent, D.Mon requiring a minimum deploy duration for her Power Barrier, and Anran receiving a buff to her primary fire damage. Propulsors' Overstrike lifesteal was reduced from 150% to 125%, Junker Queen received increased base health in both standard and six-player modes, Carnage's Cooldown decreased by two seconds, and Commanding Shout now includes a new UI element tracking allies within range. Although these tweaks do not constitute a full kit overhaul for all heroes, they represent substantial changes that will impact gameplay mechanics.
