Canucks Aim for Revenge Against Oilers Home Opener

The Vancouver Canucks seek to improve their home record against the Edmonton Oilers in a Thursday night matchup. Last season's nine-loss streak at Rogers Arena has prompted head coach Manny Malhotra and his players to focus on correcting specific game flaws rather than resting after their overtime victory earlier this campaign. While the team did not alter its projected lines from Tuesday, they intend to minimize time spent in defensive zones during this home opener.
