Nuggets Face High-Stakes Suns Matchup in NBA Cup Opener

The Denver Nuggets travel to Phoenix for their fifth game of the 2026-27 season, facing a high-stakes matchup as they seek momentum after starting 2-2. This Friday night contest is part of the opening round of the 2026 NBA Cup, where group winners advance to knockout rounds and players earn over $600,000 in prize money if their team wins.

The game is scheduled for October 30, 2026, at 10:00 PM ET on KTVK TV. Viewers can also watch via Fubo live stream services. Denver relies heavily on the offensive duo of Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray to counter a Phoenix team that has allowed over 122 points per game this season.

Key predictions for Friday include the Nuggets scoring more than 130 points, capitalizing against an opponent with high defensive output. Both squads aim to strengthen their positions in a competitive Western Conference as they begin what is expected to be a challenging campaign.
