Noémie Baiamonte, a 21-year-old student from Saint-Étienne, is competing in Miss France 2026 representing the Rhône-Alpes region. She has won three local titles since April, including Miss Châtillon Pays de Dombes, Miss Pays de l’Ain, and Miss Rhône-Alpes. Baiamonte is currently studying marketing of luxury goods in Villeurbanne and aspires to become a special effects makeup artist in cinema. She is known for her five tattoos, including a prominent red dragon on her forearm, and is inspired by Zendaya and Winnie Harlow. Baiamonte aims to inspire young women to have confidence and embrace their uniqueness. Her friends, who are not fans of beauty pageants but support her passionately, organized a special viewing party at their usual restaurant in Génilac, where 140 people gathered to cheer her on during the live broadcast. The event was filled with cheers, banners, and excitement, with her friends planning to display posters and make noise to support her.
