Judge Dismisses Ex-NFL Star's Suit Over Penis Size Claims

A judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by former NFL player Matt Kalil against his ex-wife, model Haley Kalil. The court granted her request to throw out the case after she publicly discussed intimate details of their marriage and alleged penis size issues during a Twitch livestream in November 2025.

Haley stated she was relieved the legal battle ended so that women would feel empowered to share their own stories without fear of litigation. Her attorney, Matthew Bialick, explained that the court ruled her comments constituted personal trauma regarding her body and life rather than invasive public commentary targeting Matt specifically.

Matt Kalil had originally sued his former wife for receiving unwanted attention from the public due to these discussions about their sex life.
