Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos Welcome Puppy Javi Home

Celebrity couple Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos officially welcomed rescue dog Javi into their home after the adoption process was delayed by a health issue. The pair previously adopted an older Shih Tzu named Chewie, who passed away at age 17 nearly two years ago. They met Javi on October 12 during an episode of Live with Kelly and Mark, where Consuelos presented him to Ripa in her dressing room. Pet ResQ Inc., the nonprofit organization that fostered Javi, shared a video documenting his arrival from New Jersey into New York City for adoption.
