Lauri Markkanen exits game with hand injury

Utah Jazz forward Lauri Markkanen left Monday's first-quarter game against the Memphis Grizzlies due to a right-hand injury sustained between teammates Cameron Boozer and Jaren Jackson Jr. He was replaced by Josh Okogie after contributing two points in six minutes, then walked into the locker room with his hand issue. Reports indicate he is questionable for further play until more information becomes available.
