100

The Kia Tigers defeated the LG Twins in Game 1 of their KBO postseason series on October 20, 2026. Austin Dean hit a solo home run for the Twins early, but Do-yeong Kim responded with two towering blasts to secure victory for his team. The first occurred in the bottom of the fourth inning when Kim launched a 410-foot shot over left field off pitcher James Naile to give KIA a 2-1 lead. Later in the sixth inning, with runners on the corners and no outs, Kim drove in three runs via a sacrifice fly, extending the Tigers' advantage to 3-1. Despite LG attempting to rally in the eighth inning by inducing an error near the warning track, the Tigers held onto their slim lead. Naile pitched seven strong innings for KIA, allowing only one run while striking out six batters.
