ChatGPT Co-Inventor Launches TypeSafe's Deterministic Jev Model

TypeSafe AI, founded by ChatGPT co-inventor Diogo Almeida, has launched its new model called Jev to automate programmatic decisions. Unlike conversational models that generate text sequentially, Jev abandons autoregressive token generation in favor of a hardware-aware parallel sampling architecture designed for deterministic logic within production codebases. Developed over two years using Reinforcement Learning for Calibrated Decisions (RLCD), the system accepts unstructured state inputs and outputs type-safe structured values simultaneously to prevent syntax errors and hallucinations.
