India vs Sri Lanka Asian Games Semi-Final Live Update

The India versus Sri Lanka cricket semi-final at the Asian Games 2026 is scheduled for play at Korogi Sports Park in Nisshin, Japan. The match has not yet begun as the toss was set to take place at 1:00 PM local time on SonyLIV and other regional networks. Both teams advanced from their quarter-finals without playing a competitive ball; India qualified after beating Afghanistan due to its superior ICC ranking while Sri Lanka progressed following an abandoned fixture against Nepal, leaving both squads untested in knockout action this tournament so far. India is set to field near-full strength including Jasprit Bumrah and captain Shreyas Iyer aiming for their first major title under his leadership whereas Sri Lanka has deployed a changed lineup led by Sahan Arachchige who has only played one T20I match recently.
