Harry Shum Jr.'s Wife Shelby Rabara Celebrates Anniversary Ahead of DWTS

Actor Harry Shum Jr. entered Season 35 of Dancing With the Stars with his wife, actress and dancer Shelby Rabara, whom he has been in a relationship for nearly two decades. The couple celebrated their tenth wedding anniversary in November 2025 after getting married in October 2014 in Costa Rica. Shum Jr., known for roles in Grey's Anatomy and Glee, met Rabara while both were pursuing dance careers; they appeared together in commercials before dating officially following a date to see the movie Dreamgirls in 2006. Shelby is recognized professionally as the voice of Peridot in Steven Universe and Snappy in Toy Story 5, having previously worked with Shum Jr. on Glee's Vocal Adrenaline group.
