Fat Bear Week has officially launched, marking the start of an annual celebration at Alaska's Katmai National Park and Preserve. Organizers have revealed 16 brown bears competing in a bracket-style tournament to determine who will gain the most weight before hibernation. The challenge aims to identify the fattest bear or simply the favorite among the contenders.
