Mexican Actor Eugenio Derbez Considers Moving to Spain After Fulfilling American Dream

After twelve years in Los Angeles with his wife and daughter, Mexican actor Eugenio Derbez traveled to Madrid to explore the possibility of relocating. In an interview published by La Script, Derbez stated that he has already fulfilled the "American dream," noting that reality did not match what he originally imagined. He cited Spanish actors Antonio Banderas and Javier Bardem as examples who returned home after achieving international success to reconnect with their roots through local projects. Although no official decision or specific job offer in Spain was confirmed, Derbez expressed a desire for greater emotional fulfillment rather than continued pursuit of Hollywood fame.
