Cincinnati vs Columbus: FC Cincinnati confirms star midfielder starts

FC Cincinnati is set to face the Columbus Crew on Sunday October 18 in a Major League Soccer match. The Orange and Blue sit ninth with 36 points, while Columbus ranks thirteenth with 32 points. Key player Evander will start as the regular attacking midfielder for FC Cincinnati despite suffering an injury earlier this season. He has played 31 games scoring 15 goals and providing 14 assists since joining the club. The match is significant because a victory would move Cincinnati into the safe playoff zone, though Columbus enters with strong form having lost only once in their last five games.
