Chris Cenac Jr Scores 12 Points, Records Eight Rebounds

Celtics guard Chris Cenac Jr scored 12 points on six-of-ten shooting and grabbed eight rebounds while adding an assist, a steal, and a block in just 19 minutes against the Philadelphia 76ers. The rookie faced difficult matchups that led to foul trouble but demonstrated his ability to contribute when called upon during preseason play. Cenac previously earned early praise for rim protection and rebounding skills after recording four blocks in both his Summer League debut and preseason opener before making his TD Garden start.
