Warriors Rule Charles Bassey Out For Lakers Opener

The Golden State Warriors have officially ruled out center Charles Bassey for Wednesday's season opener against the Los Angeles Lakers, citing knee tendinitis that prevented him from making sufficient progress. Although listed as questionable earlier in the day due to his injury, reports indicate he was unable to play on opening night. This decision adds depth challenges to a team already missing Kristaps Porzingis and relies heavily on rookie two-way big man Graham Ike for frontcourt rotation minutes.
