The summit will include over 20 countries' leaders, with notable attendance from UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, and Spain's Pedro Sanchez. French President Emmanuel Macron has confirmed his participation. However, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has not been confirmed to attend, and Hamas has announced it will not participate. Hamas spokesperson Hossam Badran stated the group will not be involved directly, instead acting through mediators in previous negotiations.
