Beach Hazards Statements Issued for Coastal Georgetown, Eastern Currituck

Additionally, a high risk for rip currents was declared across the Northern Outer Banks today following previous moderate conditions, with surf ranging up to four feet between Duck and Cape Hatteras; meanwhile, most areas along the Southern Outer Banks face only low risks except for one stretch near Surf City which remains at moderate levels.
