Amy Williams Celebrates Birthday With Walk-Off Single At Brewers Game
Amy Williams, known as Front Row Amy for her front-row seating and scorekeeping at Milwaukee Brewers games, celebrated a special birthday during an October 4 National League Division Series match. During the second game of the series, Jackson Chourio hit a walk-off single to win the contest on what Williams described as one of the greatest moments in franchise postseason history. The newly turned 58-year-old from Oshkosh, Wisconsin, noted that she was so focused on the action that she momentarily forgot it was her birthday. While previously celebrating birthdays at home or during other Brewers victories like those in 2008 and earlier this month's NLDS win, Williams remains a dedicated season ticket holder who drives to American Family Field from Oshkosh for approximately 35 regular-season games annually and plans to attend every home postseason game.
