Renown Breaks Ground on New Medical Center in Sparks

On Tuesday, September 22, Renown Health broke ground at Kiley Ranch in Sparks to construct a new Integrated Ambulatory Care Center located near David Allen Parkway and Windmill Farms Parkway. The 123,000-square-foot facility is scheduled for completion by the end of 2027 and will feature 134 exam rooms along with urgent care, primary care, pediatrics, advanced lab and imaging services, and a pharmacy. Future plans include an ambulatory surgery center with four operating rooms slated for 2028 to expand outpatient and preventive care options while reducing travel times for patients across Northern Nevada.
