Gov.pl System Fails; Business Owners Must Register E-Addresses by Wednesday

The Polish Ministry of Development and Technology announced temporary disruptions on the biznes.gov.pl portal, affecting e-Delivery services and CEIDG functions due to high traffic. Technical teams are working to restore stability while advising users not to repeatedly retry failed actions without checking spam folders or verifying prior request status.

From September 30 via October 1, all business owners must register an active electronic address for official correspondence. While fines do not apply yet, failing to set up this digital address will complicate future administrative interactions and is required when updating the Commercial Register after that date. Electronic application forms for starting a business in CEIDG are exclusively available from November through platforms like biznes.gov.pl.
